The sea bottom near the ancient Pyrgi harbour (Santa Severa) is rich of interesting Roman findings from the III Century B.C to the I Century A.D.  
Among them, a rare Mau VIII amphora (right) was collected as an insulated finding.

Il fondo del mare presso l'antico porto di Pyrgi (Santa Severa) è ricco di interessanti reperti di epoca Romana, tra il Terzo Secolo A.C. e il Primo Secolo D.C..
Tra gli altri, una rara anfora tipo Mau VIII (a destra), recuperata come reperto isolato.
