TheClassical Age findings of Zannone Island

.

In the cove near the Secca Mariuolo ("the rascal seiche"), in Zannone Island, at a depth of about -20m, some amateur marine archaeologists discovered a 2m long stone anchor and a very large number of lead anchors: probably this was a good shelter from tempests, or a good fishing zone.

.
