    The Phoenician vessels of Mazarròn (Murcia)

The ancient Ships of Mazarròn were two Punic-Phoenician trade vessels, sunk in different occasions during the second half of VII Century B.C. near Mazarròn, Murcia. 

Le antiche Navi di Mazarròn erano due navi da carico Fenicio-Puniche, affondate in occasioni differenti nella seconda metà del VII Secolo A.C. presso Mazarròn, Murcia.

The findings include a number of lead ingots. 
The hull of the first ship was in poor conditions and was recovered as several hundreds od fragments. A new museum will receive the well preserved hull of the second ship (above).

I reperti comprendono u notevole numero di lingotti in piombo.
Al momento della scoperta, lo scafo della prima nave era in cattive condizioni, ed è stato recuperato solo come molte centinaia di frammenti. Un nuovo Museo accoglierà invece lo scafo ben conservato della seconda nave (sopra).
