The HMS Jamaica was a J-class British destroyer, built in Govan by Fairfield Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. during 1937 and launched during 1938. She was renamed in HMS Juno just after the launch.

L' HMS Jamaica era un cacciatorpediniere Britannico della Classe J, costruito a Govan nei cantieri Fairfield Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. nel corso del 1937, e varato nel 1938. 
Subito dopo il varo fu ribattezzato HMS Juno.

At the beginning of the II World War, the HMS Juno moved in Mediterranean.

All'inizio della II Guerra Mondiale, l' HMS Juno fu destinato in Mediterraneo.

On May 21, 1941, she was spotted and attacked by a German Junkers Ju. 88 bomber. 
The HMS Juno was heavily damaged by the bombs, and sank North of Crete. 

Il 21 Maggio 1941, fu avvistato ed attaccato da un bombardiere Tedesco Junkers Ju 88.
L' HMS Juno fu gravemente danneggiato dalle bombe, e affondō a Nord di Creta.
