    The SG-10 (Felix Henry) German fast escort vessel
    off Bastia 1943

When she was launched, this ship was a French fruit transport, and was baptized Felix Henry (we can read it "Happy Henry"). But her life was very troubled.

For a few years, the fruit transport ship was employed on the routes from Africa. 
But the French Navy was interested in Felix Henry 's high speed, and transformed her in auxiliary cruiser during 1940.
Then, in December 1942, she was captured by the German Army in the harbour of Marseille, and modified in fast escort vessel, receiving the name SG-10: she was commissioned on May 1, 1943, and joined to the 3rd escort flotilla.

On August 28, 1943, the SG-10 was cruising off Bastia, when she was intercepted by the British submarine HMS Sickle.
The submarine torpedoed the escort vessel, that sank rapidly.
