The ship of Capistello was a Greek-Italic trade vessel carrying a cargo of wine mostly in Greek-Italic Amphorae (left) and black Campanian pottery, sunk near Capistello (Lipari Island) between the end of the IV and the first half of the III Century B.C.

La nave di Capistello era un'oneraria Greco-Italica che trasportava un carico di ceramica Campana nera e di vino per lo più in anfore di tipo Greco-Italico (a sinistra), affondata presso Capistello (Isola di Lipari) tra la fine del IV e la prima metà del III Secolo A.C.

A large amount of very interesting findings is beautifully displayed in the Lipari Archaeological Museum.

Una grande quantità di interessantissimi reperti è splendidamente esposta nel Museo Archeologico di Lipari.
