Marshallora adversa (Montagu, 1803)

The Family Triphoridae includes Molluscs with small and elongated shell: the most evident characteristic of some Species is the left-spiraled shell.
The Triphoridae colonize the littoral zone, and are common between the rocks.
Few Species are present in Mediterranean.

La Famiglia Triphoridae comprende Molluschi che hanno conchiglie minuscole ed allungate: le caratteristica saliente di talune Specie è la spirale sinistrorsa (la grande maggioranza dei Gastropodi ha spirale destrorsa).
Le Triphoridae colonizzano la zona litorale, e sono comuni tra le rocce.
Poche Specie sono rappresentatein Mediterraneo.
