Orebic was a coastal town near the Republic of Ragusa (Dubrovnik), and the Sea Museum celebrates the maritime traditions of the region. 

Orebic fu una cittā costiera presso la Repubblica di Ragusa (Dubrovnik) e il suo Museo del Mare celebra le tradizioni marittime della regione. 

The collections include some Roman findings (amphorae and pottery) old anchors, 16 precious paintings dedicated to the Associazione Marittima di Sabbioncello (Maritime Association of Sabbioncello Island) with the flag of the Association, Navigation instruments, several ex-voto (votive offering paintings), carpenter tools and a rich Archive of historical documents.

Le collezioni comprendono alcuni reperti di epoca Romana (anfore e vasellame), antiche ancore, 16 preziosi dipinti dedicati all'Associazione Marittima di Sabbioncello (il nome č in Italiano), con il labaro dell'Associazione, strumenti di navigazione, numerosi ex-voto, attrezzi da carpentiere e un ricco archivio di documenti storici.
