The most common species of the Bryopsis Genus. Feather-like
thallus, short and brush-like in exposed biotopes, tall and slender in
sheltered stations. La specie più
comune del Genere Bryopsis: Tallo a forma di penna, corto e a forma di
pennello nelle stazioni esposte ai moti ondosi, alto e snello nelle
stazioni riparate. Sponge-like tufts composed by numerous erect axes, with naked base;
the extremities are
densely covered of regular branches (2 to 3mm long): the axe is
cylindrical. Deep green, 4 to 10cm long. Cuscinetti
spugnosi composti da numerosi assi eretti, con base nuda ed astremità
coperte di ramificazioni regolari (lunghe da 2 a 3mm): L'asse è
cilindrico. Colore verde scuro, lunghezza da 4 a 10cm. |
